Description
From the most stunning part of Andalusia – the Serranía de Ronda in Málaga – comes this exceptional extra virgin olive oil. Molino del Arco is a small family estate where Hojiblanca olives are grown in ancient olive groves.
This is an early harvest oil, cold-pressed from young, intensely green olives. As a result, it possesses a vibrant, lively character and outstanding quality.
The oil has been awarded the prestigious “Double Gold” at the ATHENA International Olive Oil Competition – one of the highest recognitions in the world, granted only to truly exceptional olive oils.
Acidity: just 0.07%

About the farm

In the same family’s hands since 1767
The old mill is no longer a factory — it has been restored and is now a 22 room hotel with a restaurant and a hectare of Andalusian gardens. Guests come to walk among the olive trees, to see how the oil is pressed, and to taste it at the breakfast table. In Spain this is called oleoturismo — oil tourism.
For almost three centuries the same thing has been done here: still green Hojiblanca olives are picked and pressed in small batches. Not by the tonne — only as much as can be pressed without losing quality. So each year the oil is limited, and once a batch runs out, the next one has to wait for a new harvest.

Frequently asked questions
Did not find your answer? Write to info@oliva.lt — we reply the same day.
How long does an opened bottle keep?
About 2–3 months. Keep it somewhere dark and cool, away from the stove and the window. It does not need to go in the fridge.
Why is the oil bitter and peppery in the throat?
That is the mark of polyphenols — the same antioxidants that make olive oil healthy. The sharper the bite, the fresher the oil.
Can you cook with it?
You can, but do not waste it. Early harvest oil shows itself cold — pour it over the finished dish.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed by 2 pm ship the same day. To a parcel locker it takes 1–2 working days. Shipping is free from €49.99.
What if the bottle broke in transit?
Send us a photo — we replace it free of charge, no arguments.
