The Buyer must carefully read the product label, composition, and allergen list before consumption. MB „OLIVA“ is not liable for any consequences arising from individual allergic reactions, intolerance, or other health issues related to the use of the products.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MB „OLIVA“ is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages;
  • Losses arising from the use or inability to use the website;
  • Actions of third parties (including couriers, payment and IT service providers);
  • Properties and quality of manufacturers’ products (see clause 4).
