Delivery Rules
These delivery rules establish the conditions, terms, and procedures for the delivery of goods purchased in the online store.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. Goods are delivered using third-party courier services. 1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer provides accurate delivery details and assumes full responsibility for their correctness. 1.3. When placing and paying for an order, the Buyer must select a suitable parcel locker (according to their address). If no parcel locker is selected, the system will automatically choose one based on the Buyer’s address within 30 minutes.
2. DELIVERY METHODS Goods are delivered through the following or equivalent service providers:
- DPD
- Other logistics partners
Delivery can be made to:
- Parcel lockers;
- Other available pickup points.
3. DELIVERY TIME 3.1. The standard delivery time is 1–5 business days from the moment the order is dispatched. 3.2. Delivery time may vary due to:
- Courier workload;
- Seasonality;
- Unforeseen logistics disruptions;
- Product availability.
3.3. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers or other third parties.
4. DELIVERY PRICE 4.1. The delivery price is displayed during the order process before payment. 4.2. The price may depend on:
- The chosen delivery method;
- The size and weight of the shipment;
- The delivery location.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT 5.1. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the packaging. 5.2. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must note this to the courier or in the parcel locker system and inform the Seller. 5.3. If the shipment is accepted without remarks, it is considered to have been delivered in proper condition.
6. INEFFECTIVE DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY 6.1. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer, additional delivery costs may be charged to the Buyer. 6.2. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to the Seller.
7. OWNERSHIP AND RISK 7.1. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of full payment. 7.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the courier.
8. EXCEPTIONAL CASES 8.1. The Seller reserves the right to change the delivery method if necessary to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 8.2. In certain cases, additional delivery solutions may be applied (e.g., individual transport or alternative logistics partners).
9. FINAL PROVISIONS 9.1. These rules apply to all orders placed in the online store. 9.2. Matters not covered by these rules shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
