A cooperative led by the world’s best woman producer
It is led by Consoli Molero. At the EVOOLEUM awards she was named the best woman producer in the world, and in the same year the Spanish association of mill masters chose her as the best mill master. Her initiative also gave rise to “Alma de Mujer” — the first Spanish oil made from the olive tree to the label entirely by women.
There are many varieties here — Hojiblanca, Cornicabra, Arbequina, Picual, Arbosana, Lecciana and others — and each one is pressed separately, so the bottle never holds a blend. We selected four of them that show that difference best.
- A cooperative of about 900 families since 1970
- Consoli Molero — the world’s best woman producer
- Every variety is pressed separately

Frequently asked questions
Did not find your answer? Write to info@oliva.lt — we reply the same day.
How long does an opened bottle keep?
About 2–3 months. Keep it somewhere dark and cool, away from the stove and the window. It does not need to go in the fridge.
Why is the oil bitter and peppery in the throat?
That is the mark of polyphenols — the same antioxidants that make olive oil healthy. The sharper the bite, the fresher the oil.
Can you cook with it?
You can, but do not waste it. Early harvest oil shows itself cold — pour it over the finished dish.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed by 2 pm ship the same day. To a parcel locker it takes 1–2 working days. Shipping is free from €49.99.
What if the bottle broke in transit?
Send us a photo — we replace it free of charge, no arguments.
