Rosazzo Terra Rossa – Exceptional Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Rosazzo Terra Rossa is the only and truly unique olive oil of its kind in Istria. Thanks to the distinctive characteristics of the Buža olive variety, its early harvest takes place as early as the end of September, while most other producers begin harvesting only in early October. This gives the oil an exceptionally intense, green, and fresh character that is difficult to find elsewhere.

This olive oil was awarded a Gold Medal at the prestigious 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition and received the London IOOC Platinum Award for both its flavour and bottle design.

Taste Profile

A medium-intensity olive oil with pronounced green fruitiness. It features aromas of eucalyptus, fresh leaves, and unripe fruit, complemented by notes of green almond and a pleasant arugula-like peppery finish. Well-balanced and harmonious, with a distinct bitterness and pungency characteristic of the finest early harvest olive oils.
